Your initial consultation is 60 minutes. We will discuss your medical history, your current health concerns and your health goals moving forward. Your current medications, natural remedies and any recent test results will also be useful information that we will review. Please have your intake form completed and returned for this consultation. When required, you may receive a physical exam and additional test may be recommended. At the end of this visit we will put in place an initial treatment plan.

Follow up visits are generally 30 minutes. Your progress will be monitored to ensure you are meeting your health goals. We always welcome your questions and feedback to ensure you are getting the most out of your visits.

Please note if it has been longer than 1 year since your last appointment, we may require more time to meet your needs. For this reason, we recommend you schedule a 60 min follow up appointment.

All consultations are available in-office or virtually (video or telephone) when appropriate.
